HANDOVER

When you have legally completed we will carry out the Handover of your newly purchased property with you or your chosen representative. You will be greeted by one of our experienced Property Managers who will carry out a full home demonstration of your new property. They will tell you all about the development and be on hand to answer any questions that you may have. In addition you will receive a Handover Pack full of useful information and will be given a secure login to the TARI HOLDING. Here you can log into our portal to access useful information about your apartment, the development, local area and watch demonstration videos on how appliances work. The dedicated handover team will ensure your property handover runs as smoothly as possible. Shortly prior to completion of your purchase, you will be contacted by the team to arrange your handover appointment.

AFTERCARE

Our After Sales Team is on hand to help with any issues that may arise after we have handed you the keys to your property. Our dedicated client portal “Report an Issue”, is accessed via the “Information Hub” secure login which allows any concerns to be reported immediately via our unique issue reporting system. You can log in using a PC, tablet or mobile. To ensure you have the latest update you can sign into the system to track any issue you may have logged.
